Relaxation and Healing
I have seen Janice for both virtual and in person Reiki sessions and they have both been fantastic.  I am recovering from a knee injury (3 surgeries) and this has been crucial during my healing journey, on top of the PT that I was already doing.  The two work in  tandem to help me get my knee back to its former self.  I cannot thank her enough for helping me through my recovery.

Before my session with Janice, I was feeling scattered, my thoughts were all over the place, I felt drained and I knew I was in need of some energy healing and balancing.  Being extremely empathic, I'm sensitive to others energy and therefore I'm hesitant on who I allow in my personal space. Having tried Reiki before with less than stellar results, I was a little hesitant at first, but, knowing every experience would be different , I had a good feeling about Janice , and boy, was I right.
Immediately, there was a warm sensation from her hands - as if she had warmed them on a fire. When she placed her hands beside my head, I could hear the ocean and some white noise as if I was actually receiving some sort of cosmic transmission. It was more relaxing and re-aligning than the meditation I was used to. I have been recommending Janice to anybody that even mentions Reiki ever since.

Janice was amazing from the very start. She started the session with explaining what the process is like and what she will be doing during the time. I closed my eyes and drifted away while she did her magic. At various points in that time I felt my body tingling and twitching from the work flow and calming my mind, both at the same time. After some time had passed she checked in to make sure I was still with her and also how I was doing. At the end of the session she gives a break down of what she was being told. Spot on is all I say. She was able to calm my mind and energy, and also dove into some thoughts I was having doubts with, where she was able to give some guidance on. I still feel amazing days later, and my anxieties and mind are still very clear. I will certainly be back as the entire experience with Janice was nothing short of amazing.

This was my second experience receiving Reiki. There was no comparison between the two experiences. While I found the first experience rather "cold" and uncomfortable. My experience with Janice was the antithesis of the first one. Janice was able to make me feel relaxed instantly. I never had the feeling that she was just "hovering" around me, questioning what she was doing and what was "coming next". At the end of the session, she revealed that she had a message for me. She told be things that nobody else could possible know about me and relayed the information in a very sensitive and caring manner. I recently had a Reiki healing session with Jancie. It was my first time having a Reiki Healing. I was a bit nervous, but Janice quickly put me at ease. Janice's session was great. I enjoy Reiki as I feel it rebalances me and raises my vibration/energy. Janice explained to me what to expect and what she will be doing during the session. I felt like the energy was moving through my hands and they got warm, I event had to take my fleece off as I was feeling very warm. The Reiki session really relaxed me and I felt really good during the session and after. I felt the sense of calm and peace. Janice pointed out to some areas that she was drawn on to focus on during the session. I recently made an appointment with the Quiet Healer, Janice. When I first entered, I was very anxious and didn't know what to expect out of the session.
