Together, We Can Turn Awareness Into Action.
Domestic violence doesn't always leave visible bruises.
Sometimes it steals confidence.
Sometimes it isolates.
Sometimes it convinces someone they have nowhere to turn.
Every October, we recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month to shine a light on those experiences, honor survivors, and remind anyone living in an abusive situation that they are not alone.
Paint the Night Purple is more than a fundraiser. It's an evening dedicated to creating hope, supporting survivors, and helping organizations like ECLI VIBES continue providing life-changing resources to those rebuilding their lives.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of incredible food, laughter, meaningful conversations, and inspiration—all while making a difference in our community.
Why This Event Matters
Domestic violence doesn't always leave visible bruises.
It often begins quietly—with control disguised as love, isolation mistaken for protection, or manipulation hidden behind apologies. Survivors frequently spend years questioning themselves before realizing they deserve something different.
Awareness saves lives.
Education changes conversations.
Community creates healing.
Every ticket purchased helps ECLI VIBES continue providing resources and support to survivors taking their first courageous steps toward freedom.

A Personal Message from Janice Tverberg, The Quiet Healer
As a Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Medium, I've had the privilege of helping people heal emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
But healing isn't just something I witness professionally. It's something I've lived.
There was a time when I found myself in a relationship that slowly eroded my confidence, my voice, and my sense of self. Like many survivors, I didn't recognize the warning signs at first. Abuse isn't always physical. It often begins with manipulation, control, emotional isolation, and believing you're somehow responsible for someone else's behavior.
Leaving wasn't easy.
Healing wasn't quick.
But it was possible.
Today, I share my story because I know someone reading this may need to hear that there is life after abuse—and that healing is possible.
Supporting organizations like ECLI VIBES means helping others find safety, support, and the courage to begin again. Looking forward to seeing at Paint the Night Purple!
