Meet the Emotional and Empathic Clairsentience

Clairsentience

Are you an empath? Do you have big emotions or feelings? Do you have a knack for picking up on what others are going through…sometimes without even realizing it? In all honesty it’s hard being an empath. Why? Because we can easily tune into the emotions, moods and feeling of others. This can be overwhelming and create anxiety within us, especially when we’re young.

For as long as I can remember I’ve always been able to pick up on the moods, feelings and emotions of others. I don’t remember exactly when this started, it’s just something I’ve been able to do from a young age. There was even a time during my adolescence where it was difficult to decipher my emotions, feelings and moods from that of others. I didn’t know at the time that what I was experiencing had a name: clairsentience.

Clairsentience is the ability to sense or feel information that is beyond the current physical surroundings. It’s the ability to pick up on the feelings, emotions, or energy of those arounds us or in our environment. Clairsentience is also associated with empathy. The more empathic you are the higher your chances are of unexpectedly experiencing the feelings or emotions of others.

If you’ve ever been talking to someone and suddenly felt happy, sad, joyful or immense dread that seemed to come out of nowhere, or you’ve been in at a party where everyone is having a great time until one specific person enters the room and the mood changes, or been in a crowded place and experience a sudden panic attack, you’re probably tapping into your clairsentience. This can be scary and confusing at first, especially if you don’t know what’s happening. I know it confused and scared me at first. However, as I’ve gotten older it has become easier to decipher my emotions from that of others. I created an in-depth course, Meet the Clairs: An Introduction to Tapping Into Your Intuition, where we dive deep into each of the each of the clairs and how they help us instinctively live our lives.

If you’re ready to learn more about clairsentience and how to use it in your daily life, register for Meet the Clairs: An Introduction to Tapping Into Your Intuition today. I look forward to seeing you in class!

Compassion
By Janice Tverberg March 2, 2021
Being both compassionate to oneself and to all others can be a challenge for some. While some find it easier to be compassionate to themselves, but not necessarily to others, and for others the reverse is true. When I first started learning and contemplating this precept I discovered that it was not as easy as I thought it was going to be. In fact, I had to break this precept down into two parts so that I could merge them together into one.
